Specific Needs:
7am•7pm Full Time (RN) 11pm•7am Full Time (RN or LPN/LVN) Riverbend of South Natick , a beautifully renovated family owned Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility, is looking for Nurses to join our team. This primary Medicaid/Medicare run, 51 bed facility is conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood in South Natick, MA providing a home like setting for residents and employees alike! These nursing positions offer competitive compensation within a pleasant work environment. Rate is negotiable and commensurate on experience. Experience in geriatrics is preferred, but not required! We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN's) as well as LPN/LVNs to join our staff! Apply here on Indeed i f you would like to offer your skills and strengths to our charming community. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to geriatric population in various healthcare settings. Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding procedures with precision. Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient information management. Conduct patient assessments, including physiological evaluations and health coaching. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for elderly patients.
