Night Shift | 3x12 Hour Shifts Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while managing complex and critical patient conditions. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum 2 years of recent ER RN experience Minimum 1 year of ER travel experience Active Massachusetts RN License BLS Certification required ACLS Certification required Strong IV therapy, IV start, ventilator care, and telemetry monitoring skills Ability to pass Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams Strong English communication skills Preferred Qualifications TNCC Certification preferred ENPC Certification preferred PALS Certification preferred De-escalation Certification preferred Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Administer medications and monitor patient responses Maintain accurate and current patient records Coordinate care plans with healthcare team members Provide patient and family education Function as a charge nurse and clinical resource when needed Maintain compliance with hospital safety and infection control policies Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement, and professional development activities Deliver excellent patient and customer service standards Support ancillary staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Required Skills Emergency Room Nursing IV Therapy & IV Starts Telemetry Monitoring Ventilator Care Critical Thinking & Rapid Assessment Patient Documentation Medication Administration Acute Care Nursing Team Collaboration & Leadership For more details reach at
