40 Hours Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Oncology RN to provide comprehensive cancer care in an acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, patient education, and coordination of care for oncology patients receiving curative and palliative treatments. Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered oncology nursing care using the nursing process Perform physical, psychological, and social patient assessments Develop and update individualized care plans Administer medications and monitor patient responses Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on cancer treatment and symptom management Support palliative and end-of-life care needs Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care Participate in quality improvement and nursing initiatives Follow infection control and safety protocols Maintain professional nursing standards and patient confidentiality Support mentoring and orientation of staff when required Required Qualifications Graduate of accredited School of Nursing Active Massachusetts RN License BLS Certification Completion of facility pharmacology exam Oncology nursing experience required Strong communication and patient education skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
