Required Qualifications and Experience:
Active RN license (MA or compact state) Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room/Perioperative RN experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented settings Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled circulating and/or scrubbing support for surgical cases Deliver comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain strict adherence to sterilization and infection control standards Accurately document all phases of patient care
