Immediately Job Description Triton School District is currently seeking a School Nurse to provide nursing support and services to the ESY Program. Summer Program dates and times: 7/6/26-8/6/26 8:30-12:30, Mon-Thurs- Review and maintain health history and emergency forms on all students
- Review and maintain necessary supplies
- Provide staff with pertinent medical information
- Responsible for medical needs of staff and students
- Documentation of any and all accidents or incidents
- Performs medical treatment/procedures as needed (e.g. tube feeding, insulin, toileting)
- Provides first aid when needed
- Dispenses medications as needed
- CPR certified, RN licensure, DESE certified
