Registered Nurse (RN) Port Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center 6 Hale Street, Newburyport, MA 01950 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) - Newburyport, Massachusetts Job Summary Port Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an RN at Port Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by our licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants, as needed Ensure that nursing care is delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines, as well as established facility policies and procedures Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members to promote a positive and supportive care environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of a culture of excellence in patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of Massachusetts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
