Registered Nurse (RN)

  • We provide the PPE and protocols you need to feel confident in your work What You'll Do As a Home Health RN, you'll be the heart of patient care—bringing clinical excellence directly into patients' homes.
Manage a dynamic caseload of patients in your local community Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide hands-on skilled nursing care and patient education Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Be a trusted partner for patients and families throughout their care journey What You'll Need Active, unrestricted RN license At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience Ability to travel locally (you'll spend time in the field—this is not a desk job) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Ability to safely assist patients (lifting, positioning, etc.) Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Preferred (but not required): Home Health or Hospice experience Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Why Elara Caring?
