1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Hospice/Palliative Care position requiring prior hospice experience, HCHB EMR proficiency, and flexibility across a 60-mile service territory. Details Home hospice setting serving patients across a territory of up to 60 miles from the hub/office Patient population is primarily geriatric with a focus on end-of-life care Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) On-call responsibilities required — details to be discussed during the interview HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) EMR experience is required An iPad is provided for use during the assignment Requirements Active MA RN license currently in hand Current BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent hospice nursing experience required

proficiency required First-time travelers will not be considered for this position Additional Information Provide end-of-life nursing care to geriatric patients in a home hospice setting Must maintain a minimum of 30 points per week Flexibility with travel across the assigned service territory is expected Timely documentation and communication are essential to this role Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted Local candidates are welcome to apply and are eligible for the travel pay rate Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration All time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
