Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Initiate and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing care Monitor patient condition and respond to changes appropriately, reporting to physicians or supervisors as needed Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting effectiveness Review plans of care and identify needs related to patient education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning Requirements:
