Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Homecare (Pediatric & Adult) $50-$56/hour + Weekly Pay Join Maxim Healthcare Services Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Initiate and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing care Monitor patient condition and respond to changes appropriately, reporting to physicians or supervisors as needed Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting effectiveness Review plans of care and identify needs related to patient education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current PPD or chest X-ray (as required) Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) At least one year of RN experience preferred Make a Difference Every Day At Maxim Healthcare, you play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
