In this vital role, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with administrative responsibilities, making a meaningful difference in clients' lives while maintaining flexible hours. Your expertise in patient care, medical documentation, and healthcare regulations will be essential to providing seamless home health services. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about nursing, this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments. Develop and update individualized care plans. Perform supervisory visits with clients and caregivers. Monitor service quality and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with office staff, clients, families, physicians, and referral sources. Participate in quality assurance and clinical oversight activities. Support caregiver training and competency evaluations. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current registration in the state of practice. Proven experience in patient care, preferably within home health or similar settings. Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy to inform clinical decisions. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy. Excellent skills in medical documentation and record keeping. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Flexibility to work part-time hours with reliable transportation to patient homes.
Pay:
$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
