The RN typically spends two days per week at each residence and alternates the fifth day between the two homes (usually Wednesdays). This schedule allows for full, focused days at one location, with no need to travel between sites during the same day except under special circumstances. This role manages the day-to-day healthcare and medical needs of individuals residing in assigned residential homes.
