year Certified Home Care experience. 1 year Case Management Experience. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Certifications Required:

Active Massachusetts RN License. AHA BLS & Certified Case Manager Certification preferred. GA01

Pay:

$65.00 - $67.00 per hour
