Full Job Description Job Title:
Med/Surg Tele Float Pool RN Assignment Length:
13 weeks
Location:
Salem, MA Shift:
36hrs. Day Rotate with Every Other Weekend Pay rate: $62/hour
Job Summary:
Float Pool RN (must be willing to Float between 8 different units).
Skill Sets Required:
Telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours. TR Band experience. Must be able to perform Cardiac Drips and Reading Tele Strips. Clinician to
Patient Ratio:
Days & Eves up to 5:1. Nights up to 6:1.
Patient Population:
Care for ED border patients; medication nurse in the acute mental health unit, and care for non-vented patients who are transfer ready in the ICU.
Bed Count:
371.
Census:
Units range from 8 to 41 beds.
Rotation Requirements:
Days/Eves Rotate with 1 to 3 rotations to Nights per Contract. EMR (Charting System): EPIC. Requirements 2 years of acute care hospital experience in one location; and 2 years working as a Traveler. Must be able to interpret Telemetry strips and perform cardiac drips. Active Massachusetts RN license AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Who We Are?
