Schedule/Hours:
Nights Every other weekend 36 hours per week
Desired Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN license AHA BLS certification Minimum 2 years' RN experience with a strong cardiac background Proficiency in interpreting telemetry strips Ability to perform and manage cardiac drips Familiarity with post-cath care, PCI, ICD, PPM, ablation, TR band, and femoral approach
Responsibilities:
Care for patients in a medical cardiology unit Interpret telemetry strips and monitor for arrhythmias Manage cardiac drips according to protocols Provide post-procedure care, including PCI, ablation, ICD, and pacemaker follow-ups Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain patient safety with
RN:
patient ratios of 1:5 (days) and 1:6 (nights)
