Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with variable shifts
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid RN license, eligible for practice in Massachusetts Current BLS and ACLS certification 1+ year of recent experience in Telemetry Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with telemetry monitoring equipment and technology Adaptability in fast-paced hospital settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults requiring cardiac monitoring Accurately interpret and document telemetry rhythms and respond to arrhythmias Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient management Administer medications and implement physician orders Educate patients and families on monitoring devices and ongoing care Participate in unit meetings, best practice initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
