In this vital role, you will provide specialized wound management and patient care, ensuring optimal healing outcomes for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive wound assessments, including evaluating wound size, depth, exudate, and signs of infection. Develop and implement individualized wound care plans aligned with best practices and patient needs. Administer advanced wound treatments such as dressings, debridement, compression therapy, and skin grafts as appropriate. Monitor healing progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to promote optimal recovery. Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques, infection prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support healing. Document all patient interactions accurately within EHR systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Requirements 1 year minimum Wound care RN experience.
