Immediate Hire FirstLight Home Care is urgently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing home care team in Rhode Island.

JOB SUMMARY

The RN will conduct in-home client assessments, develop Plans of Care, and complete supervisory visits to ensure high-quality home care services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct client intakes and inhome nursing evaluations Develop and update Plans of Care Supervise caregivers and provide training Complete visit documentation and reports Coordinate client services and caregiver introductions Ensure compliance with agency policies and care standards

REQUIREMENTS

Active RN license in Rhode Island Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home care preferred) Strong assessment and communication skills Valid driver's license + reliable transportation + auto insurance Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / scheduling tools)
