District Wide Nurse (RN) (between 4 buildings)Providing health assessments including mandated health screeningsDeveloping and implementing Individual Health Care Plans Administers daily and PRN medications to students with accompanying physician ordersProvides direct care and refers as needed in the event of acute illness, injury and/or emotionaldisturbancesProvides health information to assist students and families, and staff in making health-relateddecisionsIs responsible for maintaining and updating cumulative electronic health recordsTrains staff in emergency procedures, EpiPen use, universal precautions and other health-related issuesMust have a valid unrestricted Massachusetts nursing licenseSalary per Unit A Contract
