As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in providing quality home healthcare, where patients are able to remain independent at their place of residence in the healthiest and happiest state of being possible. The Field Registered Nurse (Field RN) administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services.

Meet Daily Productivity Standards. Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions. Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills. Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner. What we're looking for: A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of the job posting. Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a home health setting. Must have current BLS Certification. Access to reliable transportation.
