Job Description

Convenient Home Care Services, Inc. is currently seeking for an RN in Home Care, for our clients in Metro Boston area as well as Merrimack Valley region, but mainly working in the office in Waltham (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
Clinical director, provides professional direct skilled services in client's homes within the scope of nursing practice standards in collaboration with primary care physicians; manages and evaluates clients plans of care, observes and assesses clients condition(s); trains and/or educates clients and their families; other duties as assigned. Professional skilled nursing is performed under the supervision of the Administrator, Director of Clinical Services or Branch Manager.
Qualifications:
(Preferred unless required by law) 1. Currently licensed and in good standing and registered in Massachusetts. 2. Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a professional home care nurse. 3. Effective oral communicator, strong written communication skills, and able to interact with many different individuals in a professional manner .4. Familiar with various computer software packages, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, Email applications, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Web-based home health care software (Kinnser and Axxess).
