Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts (or compact state) Experience in a school or pediatric setting, preferably as a School RN Familiarity with ESY (Extended School Year) programs is highly desirable Current CPR/BLS certification Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide direct nursing care to students during the ESY program Administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and respond to acute health needs Collaborate with faculty and parents to develop individualized care plans Maintain accurate health records and comply with regulatory requirements Serve as a health resource for students, staff, and families
