As an RN LPN Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, while also supporting and developing our team of dedicated nurses.

Salary:
$40 - $50 HOURLY (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of Registered Nurses on every other weekend, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote excellence in patient care Identify and address patient safety concerns Participate in performance improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts 2 minimum years of experience as a Registered Nurse Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (desirable, but not mandatory) How to
