Leominster, MA and surrounding towns

Start Date:

ASAP, 2-3

weeks upon offer acceptance

Duration:

13 weeks•likelihood of extension

Schedule:

Up to 6 visits per day Productivity expectations•26 points in 32 hours, 33 points in 40 hours Monday•Friday, 8a-4:30p Weekend rotation/shifts available if desired 32 hours per week available if desired

Contract Requirements:

Must have current Massachusetts RN license Must have Oasis Experience Must have Capability Form filled out for submittal Nursing home care experience with emphasis on post acute patients and assisted living patients preferred BLS by start date Must have prior homecare experience Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle Business casual or scrubs acceptable for dress code

Pay:

$57/hour,
