Responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact person and coordinator of medical supports for all assigned individuals. Perform heath care assessments and develop written health care plans. Consult with program staff on specific medical interventions, techniques and documentation requirements. Perform on-call responsibilities, as assigned by the Director of Nursing services Current Registered Nurse license with at least 4 years' experience.
