Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Your next nursing opportunity starts here—a full-time Registered Nurse position in home health care is available for a committed professional with strong OASIS experience. This 13-week contract enables you to utilize your clinical expertise, attention to detail, and time management skills while providing care directly in patients' homes.
Schedule:
Full-time contract, Monday through Friday On-call responsibilities may be required Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing interventions and comprehensive patient care in the home setting Perform accurate and timely patient assessments with complete OASIS documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective, individualized care plans Manage wound care, provide medication administration, and educate patients and families on care needs Monitor patients' conditions and communicate updates promptly to the clinical care team
Qualifications:
Current, active RN license At least 1 year of recent experience in home health nursing Proficiency in OASIS documentation (required) Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred) Dependable in handling a consistent full-time schedule and caseload Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license
