Hospice Quality RN - Part Time (24 hours)

Hospice Quality RN, Part Time 24 hours - 3 days per week - 8 hour days JHC Hospice (an affiliate of Jewish Healthcare) has developed a reputation for providing outstanding care in the community. We are currently looking to add a part-time Hospice Quality RN to our compassionate and dedicated team. As a member of our Interdisciplinary Team, your responsibilities would include the oversight of our Hospice Quality Program with particular attention to our clinical record documentation and compliance with CoPs. Our patients and their families are dependent upon us to provide an optimal level of care. In this position, you would be auditing the clinical record, educating and supporting staff to comply with regulatory requirements and inspiring change through the use of QAPI projects and teams. Responsibilities include day to day audit of clinical records, infection control, oversight of QAPI and working alongside some of the best clinicians in the field to ensure our patients receive the best care possible while maintaining compliance. Current MA RN License Knowledge/experience in hospice required, previous work in a similar position preferred Knowledge/experience of hospice regulatory requirements and CoP's Excellent communication skills and demonstrated comfort with education/supervision of field staff Strong team player with a positive attitude Reliable and flexible with the ability to work autonomously Positive prior work history with great references Comfort level with electronic documentation Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for reasonable local travel We have some great benefits!
