Experience:
At least 2 years in Neonatal ICU or Critical Care settings Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $1.00/hr (please inquire for all-inclusive pay details) Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You'll Do Provide expert neonatal and critical care to critically ill newborns in a busy ICU setting Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and adjust treatments as necessary Communicate clearly with families and healthcare team members Document patient care accurately within electronic health records Ensure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations Support coverage needs including nights and weekends What You Need Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts Certification in Neonatology or Critical Care preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience in NICU or ICU environment Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This ongoing assignment involves providing high-quality neonatal and critical care in a leading Worcester hospital. The shifts include onsite coverage during evenings and weekends, supporting a team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.
