QA - Registered Nurse

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in an office-based clinical role . The RN will provide nursing oversight, care coordination, and clinical support to participants and clients in a community healthcare setting. This position plays an essential role in ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong collaboration with our interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and ongoing health monitoring QA of home care documentation Develop and update individualized care plans Coordinate care with physicians, families, and external providers Ensure accurate clinical documentation in accordance with MassHealth and state regulations Provide clinical guidance and support to direct care staff Assist with medication reviews, physician orders, and treatment follow-up Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and program compliance activities Support office-based clinical operations including intake, follow-ups, and participant coordination Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care, adult day health, or community health preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in an office/clinical support environment Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and mission-driven workplace Opportunities for professional growth Consistent weekday schedule (no nights or hospital shifts) Team-oriented environment focused on quality care

Pay:

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
