Our goal is to provide comprehensive, coordinated, professional, and individualized care to our clients. We are currently seeking full time/part time Registered Nurse to join our team.

Schedule :

Part Time/Per-Diem Responsibilities:

Assessment of members' health status and medical needs Development of care plans Provide nursing care to patients in the home setting, which encompasses a wide range of medical/surgical procedures and involves monitoring patient status and compliance and performance of procedures. Teach patients and caregivers procedures and compliance in preparation for discharge. Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the particular state of practice and must be in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Supervision of LPN's/CNA's. Coordination of care across health care continuum Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided, utilizing a PC/Tablet.

Requirements :

Massachusetts Nursing License Must be able to provide excellent patient care Must be punctual and have a great attendance record Ability to document using electronic software and web based programs. Ability to establish and maintain a courteous and cooperative relationship with patients, families, customers and co-workers. Reliable Transportation and Driver's license Have current TB test results and valid CPR-First Aid certification Bilingual a plus. We offer flexible schedules and competitive compensation.
