RN ODD Fellows Home of Massachusetts - 4.2 Worcester, MA Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Qualifications RN License Customer service Full Job Description As the Registered Nurse (RN) some of your essential job responsibilities include: Directs and participates in the day-to-day resident care activities Provides for the delivery of professional nursing care and ensures compliance in accordance with state licensure laws Ensures that resident care policies and procedures are followed by nursing service personnel in compliance with center quality standards Observes and assesses residents on assigned unit and makes appropriate nursing decisions The ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds Qualifications Valid and current state RN license Excellent customer service abilities including effective listening skills Critical thinking skills Decisive judgment Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Must be covid vaccinated plus the booster All applicants are required to pass a background check including CORI
