Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current and active RN license in Massachusetts or compact state eligibility Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Provide safe, competent nursing care throughout the perioperative period Assist with surgical procedures, preparing equipment and monitoring patient status Communicate effectively with the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes Document care accurately and promptly in compliance with facility protocols
