Contract (Approx. 13 Weeks) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in an acute care hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while ensuring safety, quality standards, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pediatric patient assessments (physical, psychological, and social) Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer and monitor medications and patient responses Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Coordinate and communicate care plans with allied healthcare providers Provide patient and family education Supervise and guide ancillary nursing staff Function as charge nurse when required Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations Maintain professional documentation and nursing informatics systems Support orientation and mentoring of staff as needed Deliver high standards of patient care and customer service Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Massachusetts Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Successful completion of pharmacology competency exam Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work in pediatric acute care environment Recent pediatric acute care experience (within 2 years preferred) Pediatric certification preferred BSN preferred For more details reach at mdeshpande@navitashealth.com
