Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to stepdown patients Monitor patient status and promptly address any changes or complications Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other nurses to coordinate comprehensive care plans Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following best practices and facility protocols Educate patients and families on post-hospitalization care and recovery Identify and escalate critical situations appropriately to ensure patient safety
Essential Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year recent stepdown or intermediate care experience
BLS/ACLS
