Job Description

Flight Nurse Various Locations Sign-on Bonus up to $15,000! Bepart of a life-saving mission as a Flight Nurse, providing critical care duringair medical transport in Baltimore, MD. Compensation& Benefits:
$92,479 - $132,132 plus shift bonuses and incentives. Annual safety and employee bonuses. Weoffer one of the most comprehensive benefits programs in the industry.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Provideexpert critical care to patients during air transport, ensuring safety andclinical excellence.
  • Collaborateeffectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
  • Maintaincompliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards.
  • Participatein ongoing education and training to uphold the highest care standards.
Schedule:
Rotational shifts based on operational needs.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license to practice in Maryland
  • Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred).
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
  • CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
  • Flight or transport experience preferred.
  • Successful completion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work with team members, patients, and external customers.
  • Weight limit: Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.
  • Basic computer skills for electronic charting and communication.
  • Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), and drug screening.
