Job Summary We are seeking a PRN Home Infusion Nurse to support our patients in the Baltimore region. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive nursing background, with expertise in infusion therapy, patient assessment, and home health practices. The expected schedule is likely to involve 1-2 Infusion services, for up to ~8 hours total, per week. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, and services provided will typically be during those hours. There is an on-call rotation outside of business hours for emergencies only. Responsibilities Administer IV infusions, medications, and therapies accurately while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment needs and monitor responses to therapy. Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration, device management, and infection control procedures. Maintain detailed medical documentation in EMR systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Ensure all medical supplies are properly utilized and documented during visits. Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on safety, comfort, and education. Participate in an on-call rotation Requirements Valid/active Maryland RN license Experience in home health care required, specifically with infusion therapy. Proficiency with EMR systems; familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9) is helpful. Knowledge of infusion therapies including IV insertion, medication administration, venous access skills, emergency patient care, and aseptic technique required. CPR certification PICC/midline certification preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organization skills Able to work a flexible schedule

$50.00 per hour
