  • LTC•Baltimore MD Summary Registered Nurse (RN)•Hall 1 Rehab/Subacute Care Levindale Hospital | Baltimore, MD Full-Time Opportunities Available Join Levindale's Hall 1 team and become part of a compassionate, patient-centered environment focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and exceptional long-term care.
Hall 1 is a 42-bed subacute rehab unit caring for patients with a wide range of complex medical needs including post-surgical recovery, wound care, IV therapy, cardiac conditions, respiratory support, orthopedic rehabilitation, and short-term skilled nursing care. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in coordinating care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. What You'll Do Provide safe, age-appropriate nursing care in a rehab and subacute setting Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, recovery goals, and discharge planning Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary teams Accurately document patient care and outcomes within the electronic medical record Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and families Support a positive team culture focused on compassion, safety, and excellence Qualifications Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License American Heart Association CPR Certification Associate degree in Nursing required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records Less than one year of RN experience welcome to apply New graduates encouraged to apply Why Join Hall 1 at Levindale?
