We are seeking an RN to join our independently owned and operated national agency. SYNERGY HomeCare offers: Competitive pay ($35 an hour plus mileage reimbursement) 20-30 hour work schedule Direct deposit Flexible schedule As a Registered Nurse with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will: Complete client assessments, create care plans, and oversee ongoing care Facilitate caregiver skill assessment at weekly orientation and assist with employee training as needed Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients and their family members Oversee caregivers in client residences, obtain feedback from the client Marketing and community outreach at local facilities and networking groups to create referral sources and make connections for client growth Attend weekly staff meetings and work with office staff to provide the best possible care to our clients
