Job Description

Saratoga Medical is hiring a Registered Nurse - Cardiology (RN) in Bethesda, MD . The compensation package includes competitive pay and flexible contract work opportunities. Saratoga Medical is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Nursing appropriate to the specialty Current unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification if required Minimum of one (1) year of Cardiology nursing experience within the preceding three (3) years Ability to meet all credentialing and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and cardiac health management Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Monitor patient safety and quality standards of care Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives Perform additional nursing duties as assigned Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion, transfer, discharge, compensation, or any other term or condition of employment on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, or disability.
