About the Job MedStar Harbor Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our 10-private bed Labor & Delivery unit , part of our Certified Baby-Friendly Women's Health Unit . We offer flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance, including straight day or night shifts, rotating weekend schedule (every third weekend), minimal on-call requirements Unit Description 10-bed unit, part of our Certified Baby-Friendly Women's Health Unit, mothers enjoy spacious, private L&D rooms. Choose the schedule that suits you best with straight shifts, including day or evening shifts, featuring three 12-hour shifts per week and a rotating weekend schedule (every 3rd weekend) with minimal on-call duties. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
