Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical nursing Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Current BLS certification (additional certifications a plus) Flexibility to adapt to new settings and protocols
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care to patients on the Medical-Surgical unit Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Document all patient care activities accurately Educate patients and families about care plans and ongoing health needs
