1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an IMC/ICU position requiring ICU experience, rotating day/night shifts, and floating across multiple units. Details Hospital-based setting working primarily in the Intermediate Care (IMC) and ICU units Float coverage required to the ED and Med Surg as needed Rotating day and night shifts (0700-1930 and 1900-0730) 3x12-hour shift schedule Every other weekend required — 6 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) per 6-week period 13-week contract Requirements Active MD or Compact RN license required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required ICU experience required Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on the lethal rhythms section 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are accepted at a different rate — contact your recruiter for details Any time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application
