We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and support our clients throughout Washington County, Frederick County, and surrounding areas. Position Summary The Registered Nurse will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, supervisory visits, client care planning, and provide clinical oversight to ensure quality care and compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities Complete initial client assessments and reassessments Develop and update individualized care plans Conduct caregiver supervisory visits and competency evaluations Monitor client health status and identify changes in condition Communicate with physicians, case managers, and family members Ensure compliance with Maryland home care regulations Complete all required documentation accurately and timely Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers Qualifications Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred Home care experience preferred but not required Strong assessment and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to travel to client homes within service areas Benefits Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community Professional growth opportunities Schedule PRN / Part-Time Flexible daytime hours Some evening or weekend availability may be needed for assessments Apply Today If you are a compassionate nurse who is passionate about helping individuals maintain independence at home, we would love to hear from you.
