40 hours annually 401(k) retirement plan Key Responsibilities Serve as the Delegating Nurse for the Assisted Living community Ensure compliance with Maryland nursing delegation regulations Provide clinical oversight, leadership, and guidance to care staff Promote high-quality, resident-centered care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams Support training, supervision, and competency of delegated staff Qualifications and Requirements Delegating Nurse certification (Maryland) Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of five years of Assisted Living experience Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and oversee care programs Kind, patient, empathetic, and resident-focused approach Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Professional demeanor with patience, tact, and enthusiasm when working with residents About Lorien Health Services Founded in 1977 by Nicholas and Mary Mangione, Lorien Health Services was built on a mission to provide Maryland's seniors with dignity, pride, and joy.
