Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to Client with G-tube, Trach and Vent at home. Administer medications and monitor patient responses effectively. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options. Perform assessments and document patient progress accurately. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed. Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Maryland. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
