RN / LPN
- Home Care (Woodstock, MD 21163) We are looking for a dedicated RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care for a patient in Woodstock, MD 21163.
Responsibilities:
The RN or LPN will provide tracheostomy (trach) and ventilator care, including suctioning The RN or LPN will manage G-tube feedings and ensure proper nutrition administration The RN or LPN will assist the patient with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) The RN or LPN will monitor the patient's condition and report any changes to the care team The RN or LPN will maintain accurate documentation of all care provided during each shift The RN or LPN will follow the established care plan and ensure all safety protocols are followedSchedule:
Friday, Saturday:
8:00 PM- 8:00
AM Requirements:
