MDS COORDINATOR

Montgomery Villiage Care Facility is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator for a full time position. We are a beautiful 167 bed facility with a great culture and work environment. We are offering excellent pay commensurate with an applicant's experience.

Responsibilities:

The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the Resident Assessment Process through completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and the Care Area Assessments (CAAs). A generalized overview of responsibilities include: Management and completion of the RAI process targeting reimbursement and quality. Coordinate and integrate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation, and physician services to ensure substantiated reimbursement. Tracking of all Medicare/Managed Medicare/Commercial MDS and conduct weekly utilization reviews.
