Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to collaborate with our growing non-medical home care agency in Maryland. The RN will provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance with state regulations, and support quality care for clients receiving personal and companion care services. Duties Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments as needed Develop and review individualized care plans Provide clinical supervision and guidance to caregivers Ensure compliance with Maryland home care regulations (COMAR) Maintain accurate and timely documentation Be available for consultation when needed Participate in quality assurance activities Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience (home care experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of patient care and safety standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Reliable and professional Flexible schedule (part-time / per diem)
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.18 per hour
