Job Description As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical oversight, conduct routine and as-needed patient visits, and support unlicensed caregivers through nurse delegation in compliance with Maryland Board of Nursing standards. You'll independently manage your schedule and caseload, respond to patient changes and incidents within required timelines, and ensure accurate, timely completion of all documentation and required paperwork. This role is ideal for a self-motivated clinician who thrives on autonomy, values meaningful patient relationships, and is committed to making a lasting impact in the IDD community. . Education & Work Experience Requirements Compact RN License or RN License in the state of Maryland Experience in home health, community health, or IDD/DDA settings
