Job Description
Job Requirements The Clin i ca l Nurse I (CN I ) role is designed fo r new graduate nurses or nurses with l ess than 12 months of c l i n i ca l exper i e nc e . The CN I i s expected to successfully complete a ll requ ir eme nt s of Member Organ i zat i o n ' s Nurse Residency Program (if app li cable} and departmenta l o ri entat i o n . The CN I w ill achieve practice readiness as defined by

- Graduat i on from an accred i ted nursing program with Associate Degree i n Nursing or Bache l or o f Sc i ence i n Nu rsi n g (or hig h er) OR e li gib l e to s i t for NCLEX. Must pass NCL EX within 90 days of hir e .
- Current Amer i can Heart Assoc i at i on B asic Li fe Support cert ifi cat i on requ ir ed . Will accep t Red Cross BLS upon hire (new h i res on l y) .
