Clinical Leadership:

Supervise LPN and GNA staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Assessment & Action:

Perform physical assessments and pivot care plans based on real-time resident needs.

Precision Care:

Manage medication administration and specialized treatments with rigorous attention to detail.

Advocacy:

Active Maryland RN License (or Compact State).

Certification:

Current BLS/CPR Certification.

Health Clearance:

Vaccination or valid exemption.

Documentation:
